Chili powder-1tb spoon

Fenugreek powder-1tsp
Coriander powder-3tsp
Black Pepper powder-1 tsp
Fennel seeds-1tsp
Lemon juice-1tsp
Curry leaves

Salt
Marinate the fish pieces with red chili ,turmeric,coriander powder's, fennel seeds,salt and lemon juice keep for 30 min.fry till its done.
Take oil in a pan(same oil in which the fish fried) and saute the onion till it gets translucent.
Add ginger,garlic,green chili finely chopped to this and saute well.Add the powders,tomatoes and curry leaves to this and saute well.Add salt to taste.Once its saute well add fried fish pieces.Sprinkle black pepper powder.Saute till the masala coat well to this fish pieces.Once its done ,add chopped cilantro and stir.
- For frying-Spice Powders(chili,turmeric,coriander)
- For masala-Spice powders(chili,turmeric,fenugreek,black pepper)
- You can change the chili amount according to your spice level
